Taking a B2B Duo on the Road to Trade Shows

Believe it or not, but selling software & marketing services are NOT overnight endeavors. It required us to consistently be in front of our audience, building relationships, and leaving marketing materials that *mattered.*
That led me to shifting our overall marketing strategy for Active Logic & Clearfix to be much more focused on in-person relationship building. And what came of it is a trade show booth of pure beauty.

Project Overview
I only had 2 weeks to coordinate, plan logistics, and prepare all of the marketing materials for this event. On top of that, we were down team members so I needed to bring in a contract worker to help fill in the gaps. This meant on-site, real time training to get the team member up to speed... quick. How'd I do it?
- Made a list of design deliverables for our in-house creative team.
- Delegated items based on skill level & required lead time for production.
- Daily stand ups to talk shop, brainstorm, and motivate each other.
- Praise. Praise. Then some more praise.
The trade show that all of this gear was designed for went extremely well, even given the tight time constraints. For less than $10k in investment, we were able to produce a sales pipeline worth $750k+. Which translates to...
